There's a place in South Scottsdale which is getting rave reviews from local papers and audiences. Where teenagers (and often parents) are enjoying live bands. Where local art hangs on the walls, families enjoy wedding receptions, and alternative/indie theatre produces exciting work.

That place is CHYRO ARTS VENUE.

Chyro is a non-profit, 501c3 arts venue hosting all these events, and more. The entire staff, often working 40-hour weeks in addition to regular jobs and school, is 100% volunteer. Yet we still keep our ticket prices low and accessible for everyone.

There is no other place in Scottsdale offering an all-ages, all-arts space. Many indie venues are closing.  Your gift will help ensure we can continue our successful children's theatre program, high school and college bands, and more.

We want our 2009-2010 season to grow by leaps and bounds so you have a place to go. We offer the lowest prices for theatre tickets, and great prices for live music and indie film. As schools continue to reduce arts classes and other small venues in Phoenix are forced to close, Chyro represents the very best of what local performers and artists have to offer.
